A diet plan in Diet Planner: daily totals against targets, and a Breakfast table with each food's macros and calories.
Features

Everything you need to plan what you eat

Add each food once, then use it in any plan. The numbers update while you type.

  • Scan a barcode, or search by name

Nutrition fills in from Open Food Facts. Not listed? Type the values from the label.

  • Meals as simple tables

Breakfast, lunch, pre-workout: add foods, set the amount, and see protein, carbs, fats and calories per row.

  • Your own targets

Set calories and macros for each plan. Fill in any three, and the fourth is worked out for you.

  • Know what your diet costs

Add pack size and price, and see what you spend per day, week, month and year.

  • Share as a Google Sheet

Send a plan as a sheet anyone can open. Change a quantity and the macros update.

  • On every device, even offline

Sign in on your phone or computer. Changes save offline and sync when you're back online.

How it works

From your kitchen shelf to a full day's plan

  1. Step 1

    Add your foods

Scan what you buy, or type it in. Add the price if you want to track costs.

  2. Step 2

    Build a plan

Create meals and add foods with the amount you eat. New foods can be typed right into the table.

  3. Step 3

    Hit your targets

See your totals against your goals, adjust amounts, and share or export the plan when it's right.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you start.

Is it free?

Yes. You only need an account, so your foods and plans are saved and synced across your devices.

Where does the nutrition data come from?

Barcode and name lookups use Open Food Facts, a free, open food database. You can always type or correct the values from the label yourself.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. A copy of your data stays on your device, so you can keep editing offline. Changes sync when you reconnect.

Can I use my own calorie and macro goals?

Yes. Nothing is set for you. Add targets to any plan, or leave them blank.

Can I share a plan with someone?

Yes. Publish a plan as a Google Sheet to your Drive and send the link, or download it as an Excel file. In the sheet, changing a quantity updates the calories and macros.
