Plan what you eat, down to the gram and the rupee

Foods, meals, macros, targets and costs in one place, on every device.

Your own food database

Add each food once, with the nutrition from its label, and use it in any plan.

  • Scan a barcode with your phone's camera, or search by brand and name. Nutrition comes from Open Food Facts, a free, open food database.
  • Nutrition per 100 g, per 100 ml, per scoop or per serving: whatever the label says.
  • Calories are worked out from protein, carbs and fats, or use the number on the label.
  • Optional vitamins and minerals, with any unit.

Meals as simple tables

Build a day of eating meal by meal, and see the numbers add up as you type.

  • Name your meals: breakfast, lunch, snacks, pre-workout, or anything else.
  • Each food is a row with its quantity, protein, carbs, fats, fiber and calories, plus a total for the meal.
  • Type a new food straight into the table, and save it to your foods for next time.
  • Grams, kilograms, millilitres, cups, pieces, scoops and more. Units convert for you where they can.

Targets for each plan

Set the goals you care about and see how close each plan gets.

  • Calories, protein, carbs, fats and fiber, all optional. Nothing is set for you.
  • Fill in any three of calories, protein, carbs and fats, and the fourth is calculated.
  • Progress bars show what's left, or how far over you are.

What your diet costs

Add a pack size and price to any food and see what eating it really costs.

  • Cost per day, week, month and year, for a whole plan or for what you use each day.
  • Rupees by default; pick your own currency in Settings.
  • Pricing is optional. Foods without it simply aren't counted.

Share as a Google Sheet

Turn a plan into a clean diet sheet, with your business name and logo.

  • Publish to your own Google Drive and send the link. Anyone with it can view the sheet.
  • Change a quantity in the sheet and the calories, macros and totals update.
  • Update the sheet from the app any time; the link stays the same.
  • Add a client name, coach name and notes to each plan.

Export and backup

Your data is yours. Take it with you whenever you like.

  • Download a diet sheet as PDF, Excel or CSV.
  • Export your foods and expenses, or keep a full backup of everything.
  • Import foods from your own spreadsheet with a ready-made template.

On every device, even offline

Use it on your phone in the kitchen and on your computer to plan the week.

  • Sign in with Google or with email and password.
  • Your foods, plans and settings sync to every device you sign in on.
  • Keep working without internet; changes save when you reconnect.
  • Install it on your phone's home screen like an app.
