Privacy policy

NutriHQ is an app for planning meals and tracking what your food costs. This page explains what we store and why.
What we store
- Your account: email address, name, and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and picture.
- What you enter in the app: foods, diet plans, targets and settings.
- Messages you send through Contact support.
Why
Only to run the app: so you can sign in, see the same data on all your devices, and get replies to support messages. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use it for anything else.
Where it's stored
Your account and data are stored with Supabase (our database and sign-in provider). Each account's data can only be read by that account. A copy is also kept in your browser so the app works offline; signing out removes it from that device.
Other services
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Google Drive and Google Sheets, if you publish a plan as a Google Sheet. The sheet is created in your own Drive, and the app can only reach the sheets it creates. Anyone with a published sheet's link can view it.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, to block bots on sign-in and contact forms.
- Open Food Facts, when you look a food up: only the barcode or the brand and food name you search for are sent.
- Resend, to send account and support emails.
- Vercel, which hosts the app and this website.
Your choices
- Export all your data at any time from Import & export.
- Delete your account and all its data from Settings → Account. This can't be undone.
- Delete a published sheet from your Google Drive at any time.
- Contact us through Help & FAQ → Contact support in the app with any question about your data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be shown in the app.
